| 1 c Flour ½ t Salt 1/3 c + 1 Vegan Margarine 2 T Ice Water |

Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Cut in Vegan margarine with a pastry
blender until pieces are the size of peas. Sprinkle in ice water a little
at a time, mixing with a fork. Form dough into a ball with your hands.
Avoid over handling to keep dough cold to make the piecrust flaky. Flatten
ball of dough onto a floured dishtowel. Roll with a floured rolling pin
until less than ¼" thick. Keep turning the direction you roll
to help shape a circle. Roll until 1" larger all around than your
pie pan. If the dough breaks, stick it back together by pressing firmly. |
